Terms & Conditions
What are the terms & conditions of the program?
- The 2014-2015 season is defined as May 1, 2014 – April 30, 2015.
- Your total athlete count should include the total number of “actual” athletes performing (not including crossovers).
- Team Champion reserves the right to adjust your rewards level (up or down) to reflect any changes in the number of participants you register for an event to ensure that you are earning your rewards at the appropriate level.If your total number of participants changes to the point it puts you at a different savings level, please contact our office immediately so that we can assist you with submitting a revised event schedule for approval.
- Your Club Champion Rewards savings percentage will always be determined off the applicable rate at the time we receive your payment, NOT WHEN YOU REGISTER.
- Your Club Champion Rewards is a projected savings. Your actual rewards amount will be determined by the exact number of individual participants that are registered for the event, and the appropriate price paid for each registration.
- Your UP-FRONT discount percentage will be applied to the total registration balance amount after any additional discounts (i.e. Early Bird discounts, Credits) have been applied.
- 75% of your confirmed athletes must be registered in order for you to receive your Club Champion up-front discount savings that you LOCKED IN at the beginning of the season.
- If 75% of your confirmed athletes are not registered, your rewards percentage will automatically be adjusted to the appropriate savings level for that event.
- Our Club Champion Rewards Program administrator will monitor all accounts closely to ensure that each program is maintaining it Club Champion Membership Agreement.
